Fiona Staunton is a Ballymaloe trained Chef and has a Degree in Education from Trinity. Having worked as a chef at Ballymaloe House, she started her own successful catering business in Dublin in the late 1990s, catering for Private and Corporate functions. She then moved to Australia for eight years. Now as a Mum to two young children, she is passionate about healthy wholefood family cooking and has decided to open up her home for Cookery Demonstrations. She is also a judge for the Irish Quality Food Awards and has written articles for magazines such as Mums and Tots on ‘Fermented foods and the family’. The Cookery Demonstrations are run in an intimate environment, maximum 12 people for a three hour session. All participants will go home with recipe sheets for up to eight dishes based around a theme. You will see all dishes being made and get to taste each, as they are ready. Themes change regularly and include; 20 minute meals, One pot wonders, Quick and easy entertaining and many more. Fiona also presents Fermentation workshops to help improve your gut health. Over the past few years, Fiona has run many successful In-company, Group and Scheduled Demonstrations under the banner of Fiona’s Fine Foods. In 2017 she re branded as Fiona’s Food for Life – Cook, Eat, Nourish.
